Mentor / Integration Program Moepööre
Mentoring groups of fashion designers that created a collection as a collective effort using up-cycling technique and practicing Estonian language in the process. Mentoring took place over the course of four months as part of an integration program called Moepööre which is brought to life by Integration Foundation, Estonian Fashion Festival and Viljandi Culture Academy. One of the groups mentored won the main prize of the program.

I do this by leading the design team and aligning their work with company targets and the work of other teams; driving the handwriting and style of the brand with the target customer in mind; and working with all in-house stakeholders to ensure a successful product strategy execution.
